She also has a proven track record in negotiating trademark coexistence agreements. When things get more complicated or disputes arise, our firm has substantial litigation experience, including handling disputes with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and also trademark, trade dress and unfair competition (Lanham Act) lawsuits in federal court.
